sounds like its done the board apart from unplugging for 2min or re-prog board there isnt much more u can do

if its fitted with a linear pressure switch it switches the pump of when empty

did you check door micro switch prone to wires burning off next take the connector block off the timer the one nearest to the front also prone to burning
