    pressure switches are known to cause problems also it does a short intial fill stops then changes to the other valve to fill to correct level think you prob already know that, never had any luck with reset myself

    sometimes you have to set and leave the machine for upto an hour and they can then start to work,but if that fails you need hotpoint to re-prog the board, but to be honest its never worked for me dont waste anymore time on it forget changing p/sw

    Thanks i should have mentioned the customer has kept the condensor very clean it only trips after about 15 min then whe you remove back panel its full of moisture done loads of same problem on hotpoint which i have fixed no problem by cleaning and clearing pump/condensor,i know its a basic problem just cannot see why on this one

    I only know LG had lots of drums failing on the early 11kg machines i did see lots of these scrapped and replaced by LG they were similar to the hotpoint/indesit ones that collapsed didnt see the damper on them but you prob heard about that fault
