Possibly, you would have to ask them, surely getting to the point of no return though. 🙁

Sad to say it does point to that. 🙁

The pressure switch could be sensing an overfill situation and pumping out until empty.

Has the small latch in the door become displaced.

You should be able to operate the door interlock by pushing the slide carefully to the right with a small screwdriver.

Outer clip and wire still available.
    Outer clip C00197553
    Inner clip C00200468
    Wire C00169282

Seal is listed as the standard 1603006/C00200958. It is a different size but I have managed to fit these to this drum front set up on many occasions. It just pushes the inner lip of the seal forward at bit. Sometimes leave the stainless steel collar off if the gap isn’t to big.

If the base is flooded the pump will run even if the machine is switched off on the control panel, sounds like a faulty fill valve TBH.

    Re: Hot fill

Can you trace the pipework under the sink to see if it is actually hot or cold feed?

Or put a hose on it and run it into a bucket for a short while.

Is it really a hot tap or does it just have a red plastic tap fitted to a cold feed. Unusual for under sink plumbing to have only a hot tap TBH.

Thanks for that, surely you mean ‘you’ didn’t want take the risk?

    I wonder what caused that?

    Re: Display totally dead?

Well I never, just tried our machine on a 1 minute drain and sure enough the small lcd screen that was showing ‘End’ went off completely after 2 minutes. The small lights next to the buttons remained on, it’s those that confused me. 😳

Hmm, never seen that happen on ours and the wife can leave it for hours still switched on?

Bummer, at £190 a throw I am not sure I would like to take the risk of ordering and fitting a control panel just in case the fault lies elsewhere or something else has caused it in the first place. 🙁

Customer says there was no warning, no noises or anything on last use, just dead when trying to switch it on?

    Re: Display totally dead?

Just gone through all the tech info including all the service bulletins and wiring diagram. I have one of these myself and checked user manual for energy saving options but couldn’t find any mention of them. 🙁

Can’t recall anything like that TBH. Even trying a reset has no effect???
