Italian tat, grill element OC after 13 months of use. It is connected to the mains via a 13 amp plug & socket as well. 😥

As I could find no obvious fault at the time and the timer did advance on spin I advised the customer to try the machine again, without clothes and whilst she was in the house.
I have just phoned her and she says it worked perfectly on a 40° wash. She is now going to experiment with some clothes that are surplus to requirements. 😆

I would try with the left hand side panel off first, should just be enough room to wriggle it out from there.
