Timer kit for this machine is a 1702509. It will more than likely be a different timer with wiring instructions enclosed. Cost under £25 ex vat.

My Co-op policy has been £110 for years now, and there is no excess to pay.

9414 is the lastest, and last production, will be around 10 to 12 years old, already a large number of parts are obsolete, including, pumps, wash motor, spin shaft & bearing. you can still get the gearbox at around £119 plus Vat. 😆

Is yours still working Jim ? Only I need the part numbers for the water reservoir chamber cap or the whole chamber if it doesn’t come on it’s own and the fluff filter. Creda 37754

    Thanks.

    Dave.

Cap is 1701174, filter is 1701130. They have stopped fitting the cap to the container for a long time now, the hole is left completely uncovered. If you forget to remove the container first and tip the machines forward you get a nice flood all over the floor.

Complete container is a 1701150, that will almost certainly come without a cap.

Yep, just checked on a TDC 62, same number for container but no cap listed.

I have a 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} success rate by soldering a small link wire onto the back of the PCB then butt connecting it to the first wire in the terminal block. It gives a better connection as the contact in the block is sometimes damaged.

Can someone check their Partfinder disk please as mine expired with no warning 🙄

    Dave.
Mine flagged up a warning of impending update about six or seven weeks ago.

Re: CREDA W220VW CONTROL BOARD CONFIGURATION CODE

Module should be a 1604769 or a 1605332 for cold fill machines (after date code 41). After date code 29 they reverted back to an earlier version of software. The 1604769 is the replacement for all W220VW machines that are mixed fill.

    E-mail sent. 😉

    Bob

This was switching in short five second bursts between fill and wash not just pulsing the motor.

Yep, just perusing it now. nothing specific but I am now looking at service bulletin 2430 which mentions a mod to the pressure switch anti overflow function to elimintae ‘critical’ conditions that interupt the wash cycle.

What is the IWMS mod to which you referred in your earlier post?

Dear me, the forum is even slower than last night ATM.

Customer has just rung back. Machine set on normal wash, seems to do prewash OK then just after the detergent drawer is heard to open the motor stops, indicator light is still on, she thinks that the heater was working but didn’t leave it to long this time.
