Sounds reasonable, I’ll bet the kit cost twice that when it was available.
Thanks.

Pat UK does not appear to have posted for some time, ( I do miss the ability to search for other posts by a member that some other forums have ) The last I heard from him was that this case goes to court on the 9th November. Has he been in touch ‘behind the scenes’ with anyone?

Is there any other fault that you folks can think of that might be causing this problem? It can also be caused by a badly routed outlet/waste pipe allowing water from the sink to enter the drum, if the outlet pipe is connected directly to the sink waste pipe.
🙂 Thanks for letting us know the outcome.iadom

Placed an order over the weekend, however it does not register in my account when I check back it says I have no orders listed. Phoned this morning and order has been received, but still not visible on ‘My Accounts’ page on the site.

Are you going to spell PartsCentre correctly. 😉

A faulty door switch would also blow a PCB, that machine will still be under five years old and as such is still under manufacturers parts warranty. At that age it would be more use as a complete unit to repair.

ModeratorRe: Another dryer not heating.
Goods news is that that is a Hotpoint produced machine so parts are readily available, in the Shop part No: 1701583. The degree of difficulty depends on your expertise and we have no way of knowing that. Please make sure you remove the plug if you intend to proceed further.
BTW. If you do obtain the stats, handle the green spot one with care. 😉

Beko are made in Turkey and are not a premium product, spend a little more on a Bosch with 2 years full parts & labour warranty.
Circulation pump for a 7801 is just over £62.00 + vat. To be honest, one or two minor parts are already listed as obsolete for your machine so it may well be time to move on.

ModeratorRe: Hotpoint WF860 display fault
The Hotpoint machines are covered by a manufacturers 5 year parts warrenty, not sure of your exact situation regarding this as you are not the original purchaser, worth finding out.

Sorry about that, I was trying to make the dinner ( or lunch as less well educated people call it 😉 ) at the same time and the smoke alarm went off. 😳 🙂
