I hope you are not serious, surely you mean tilted forwards and cleaned the filter.
You should never, ever turn any appliance such as a washing machine or dishwasher upside down. There is a very good chance that you have caused the damage to the wiring that my esteemed colleague mentions, if you have turned the machine over.

Just making the evening meal, seafood tagliatelle.
Will see what I can find later for you. 😉
Just had a quick look at the diagram, the door lock neutral goes onto the very first contact on the top edge of the board. This is the one that is very commonly blown by doorlock/motor faults etc. You will almost certainly find the track burnt off. I normally solder a small link to the nearest part of the PCB track that is still left or the first component on the track, then butt connect it to the wire from the connecting block. Would suggest you change the door lock and check the motor and any other possible causes such as heater wiring etc that may have blown this track.

ModeratorRe: hotpoint ultima wf860 fault
Suggests a possible fault in the main control module, could be other causes, remember you do have a five year parts warranty on this machine, modules are to expensive for you to be changing yourself.
please remove the mains plug if you intend to investigate futher.iadom

ModeratorRe: Hoover timer query
I have only just found this timer in the garage, ( I really must give it a clean out) 😳
Ironic thing is, I have had a timer in for repair at QER for almost two weeks, they had to wait for parts, just found this one and 10 minutes later the postman has just knocked on the door with the repaired timer. 🙂
Both timers look identical.

ModeratorRe: New World/Stoves
To be honest it doesn’t look as though it is supposed to carry a heavy load. As the cooker is only 2 years old I am going to have a look and hope that this one is the same as the original.
The original control is just flopping around, this new one looks cheap and nasty as well, not a patch on Diamond H. -
