ModeratorRe: Siemens D/W E2?
Worryingly Tim those are the ones I looked at giving E01 to 5 as power module faults. 🙁

ModeratorRe: Draining problem on Bosch WAE24368 GB
Use good quality, green box powder for your heavier washes, liquids do not contain bleach so they are very poor at killing bacteria that cause the smells.
I won’t put liquids near my machine. 😉
Have a read of THIS

There is always a similar amount of water left in any and every washing machine, it is perfectly normal. If the machine is used correctly and frequently the water will not ‘go manky’. It only gets like that with excessive use of liquid detergents and constant low temperature washes.

ModeratorRe: Hotpoint WD860 F-01 fault – help needed
The main board, around £100 but needs a £20 smart card and a £103 card reader to program.
You could always send the board off to EMW. 😉

The part that needs replacing is likely to be the whole machine. 🙁
F01 is supposed to be a faulty motor triac, a component on the main pcb.
If you are very, very lucky it could be loose or broken motor wiring plug connections.
If not then the pcb will need changing, a new pcb will also need programming as well.iadom
ModeratorRe: damaged pcb – drain pump doesn’t stop
Hi, you appear to be posting from outside the UK, possibly Italy?
The model numbers you give do not correspond to any well known UK makes or models, all I can find is reference to a REX dishwasher. We would not really be able to give you any advice on your problem, especially as you have been working on the pcb.

In all honesty I think that forum member adv is so thick that if you beat him over the head with a book of error codes it would make little difference. :rolls:

ModeratorRe: Replacing AEG PNC 944 185 295 oven timer
Not easy to tell from those pics but it looks as though the timer is locked into place with barbs or lugs that need depressing from the rear to allow the unit to be pulled forward. Does the lip of the timer protrude in front of the glass or is it behind it?

ModeratorRe: John Lewis E52?
Not an option, already advised her that may be a possibility and after 5 or 6 years on a sealed drum machine she said she would not spend on a motor. 🙁
