    Re: Hotpoint/Ariston washer/dryer CAWD 129EU

From your IP I am guessing you are in France, also the EU at the end of the model number suggests a non UK machine.
Sadly that model number does not relate to any of the technical information we have for UK sold machines.

One of the more recent types of error code displays does flash a full row of lights along top or bottom but the error codes on these is shown by a combination of the right hand vertical lights staying on and not flashing.

Re: AEG Competance oven cutting out.

Turns out this oven does have the small, two blue, two white wire ‘cut in’ doofer the larger Lux group ovens have.

    Re: hotpoint oven doors

Only these models plus SY56 have the same inner door and hinges as your oven, SY37 is different.

Some of those will be white and brown as well.

❓ The official parts identification software does not show an SY32X or even an SY31X It only shows the ones listed here..

Have you got the serial number and commercial code from the rating plate?

    Re: ZanussiZWF1451W

I double checked all the wiring on the previous one with an identical fault, meggered everything to no avail.

TDS docs suggest possible pcb fault if everything else checks out, thats when the previous customer bailed out. 🙁

    Re: ZanussiZWF1451W

Did you ever sort this Dave, I now have a ‘similar’ fault.
    Model ZWE1640W, pnc:914517517.

Set to wash programme, time shown in display, press start and door locks and drain pump kicks in. After about 45 seconds the progress lights go out, door unlocks and 0 appears in display, no error code?

Diagnostics throw up E34 pressure switch side faults. I do have a new anti boil pressure switch as a result of not being able to cure this fault on one about three years ago even after changing both pressure switches at the time. Tried that but no different, main pressure switch appears to be OK.

It will fill and wash fine on rinse programmes. 😕

    Jim.

Actually I’m fairly sure I do have a 170001 relay, but I have no idea where it is. :clown:

Re: Hotpoint 17450 motor cutting out

No it’s different, the twin tub/top loader relay was a 140080, the dryer one is a 170001, you can even see the part number in that photo. Different winding resistances so not interchangeable.
