ModeratorThis is likely to be the drum front for your machine but you would need to confirm that with the shop as there are a few options. https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/9021…hine-tub-front

ModeratorI did give my method of removing the snapped bolt earlier in this thread. A new drum is not required, just the drum front. The correct drum front is available in the shop at a very reasonable price. The drum you linked to is for the very high spec ISE 10 machine that was made in Sweden.

ModeratorThis one should fit. https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/3202…ine-drain-pump or you could just change the pump body. Would also advise doing a proper repair on the concrete weight before the plastic drum front gets to badly damaged.

ModeratorThe concrete weights are here..http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/ise-drum-parts
I usually had to try and source bolts locally.

ModeratorIn most instances one of the concrete weights will have broken. The bolts usually snap clean off. In 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of cases I managed to remove the snapped bolt to allow a new bolt to be used. Using a small hacksaw blade I cut away a few mms of the plastic stud and was then able to grip the end of the snapped bolt with mole grips and get it out.
Virtually all of the working components are accessible from the front.
PS . Check your PM’s;)September 14, 2020 at 9:26 am in reply to: ISE AW23 Service Manual – Concrete Block and Drainage issue #471989iadom
ModeratorNo rear panel on these, top off to access pressure switch. Pressure hose may have been damaged y concrete weight. Did you remove the front panel to access the weights?

ModeratorOnline reviews are very mixed, some good, some really bad, doesn’t seem to be a middle ground?

You’re obviously not a member of XR then, still a totally disastrous way to think given the environmental damage your suggestions will cause.

ModeratorSorry, my mistake that link is to a trade forum. Basically we have pictures of Meile machines with totally sealed plastic outer drums.:(
September 9, 2020 at 8:57 am in reply to: Indesit w123 – no drain(/spin); continuous click-rotate; red light on, not flashing #471806iadom
ModeratorDid it continue to turn for several revolutions or just one full turn? If you interrupt any cycle and turn the knob to another setting the knob will then rotate a full 360 degrees right back to its original position. You have to turn the knob to one of the ‘reset’ positions and then to another setting to change.
Checking that pump filter is still the first thing to get out of the way. It can rotate constantly if the pressure switch is closed due to a drain problem.

ModeratorSwitching the mains on and off without touching the appliance on/off switch as the OP has done would suggest the on/off switch may be ok.
