    Re: comet…again!!!

Who is liable for paying for the comet work to the engineers? Repaircare as they have the contract with comet or are comet themselves liable to pay? Also could this mean problems for Repaircare also?

Re: White knight gas tumble dryer…

It would need a jet change at the least!!! So to swap it straight from natural gas to LPG is a no go.
I would give crosslee a call and talk it through with them. I personally have never seen one running off a bottle or LPG!

Had them on the phone to me yesterday…(Daniel himself)
Insisted he had a list of 32 companys he owed money to and he is in the process of paying them…….
Then asked me how much they owed me…..me being honest said you dont owe me a penny but i know lots that you do owe….then got talking and he asked me if I would do work for them if he paid UP FRONT. I said you got more chance of me doing work for you if I got paid up front than if you dont pay me up front…LOL!

Re: Bosch Gas Hob not lighting

if it is just the lead you would only pay a repair fee a lot less than that, but trying to find a gas safe domestic appliance engineer is a little difficult. If you ignition unit needed replacing also then posibble to save the hassel that would be a good price…….?

    Dependant on age…
    1. take off pan supports and look where they sit, you should see 4 crews around the outer edge of the spillage tray, remove these.
    2. Take off griddle plate/ wok support 2 screws under here.
    3. go around the rear remove 4 screws in total along the back that hold the spillage trays down.
4.move the whole wok/griddle plate assembly to the right. ( you may have to give it a little encouragement.)
    5. lift off the left hand spillage tray.
6.Remove the screws from the top of the control panel.
    7. Take off all knobs and timer buttons.
    8. Take off 3/4 scres on the underside of the control panel.
    9. pull off control panel and change required simmer stat.

    HOPE THAT HELPS…
