    Re: Another joke.

The Scots men will just love this.

Two Englishmen- businessmen in London – were sitting down for a break in
their soon-to-be new store. As yet, the store wasn’t ready, with only a few
    shelves set up.

One said to the other, “I bet any minute now some thick tourist is going to
walk by, put his face to the window and ask what we’re selling.”

No sooner were the words out of his mouth when, sure enough, a curious
Scotsman walked to the window, had a peek, and in a broad Scottish accent
asked “What are you selling’ here

One of the men replied sarcastically, “We’re selling arse-holes.”

Without skipping a beat, the Scotsman said, “You are doing well … Only two left!”

Englishmen – God bless them – should not mess with Scotsmen

    Re: temp meter?

I got a few from Ebay and usualy see one on there every couple of months. If you type the model number into yahoo you will find 2 or 3 shops online that sell them but they cost about £350 retail.

Metrahit 16i is the best meter I have ever used.

I don’t have any in stock. I have also checked and it is definitely obsolete.

If you have done it before it will take 20-30 mins, if not double the time.
I would also change the link support as well, if it is original it will break during the hose changeover.

527137 drain hose kit about £23
526837 lower fill hose about £12
528437 link support kit about £5

    All prices are retail.

Re: whirlpool top loader inner drum keeps dropping

The aluminium housing that the nut goes onto is worn, there should be a lip at the top and it sometimes wears away causing your problem,

You need part number 481946688948 which is called a “block basket drive”

    Re: integrated door sliding kit

IIRC the door sliders are available in kit form as a spare part. Post up the model number and I will check if the kit is available for yours.
