Re: Whirlpool DWF B10 not using the tablet detergent during

If the drawer is open at the end of the program and a partially used tablet is in the bottom below the drawer the usual culprit is the dishwasher smelly lemon deodorizers. A few people hang these on the front of the top basket and it does not allow the dispenser to open fully until you open the door at the end of the wash???

On all the ones I have saw that have blown tracks I would say that in 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of cases the fault was caused by either the heater/NTC or the door lock.

I have saw machines where the drum is fine but a coin has spun round with the drum and cut through the ntc (very thin metal). If the heater is cut through then the drum will more than likely have dropped onto it.

Cant see which connector on the timer is blown. If it is the connections towards the back of the appliance it is either the mains switch, pressostat or heater/NTC.

Usualy when I come across a timer with a blown edge connector the cause is either the door lock, on/off switch or the NTC.

In the case of a blown NTC make sure you remove it from machine and check visualy, have saw some that come back with a resistance reading that is fine but a soon as water is put in machine it will blow the timer again, caused by drum dropping onto heater and slicing a nice hole through the NTC.

If no 4 is your problem keep the old pump housing, most common fault is a leak in the hose (fault 1) and the hose is not available as a spare part.

    Sorry Goose,

I missed your post last night.

Looking at sios there are only two parts there, the first is 481253029331 which is the complete tube ass and the second is 481236068687 which is the spray arm ass, retail for both is £36.09 ex vat.

Re: Diplomat ADP8332 ( Whirlpool Clone)

There are no seals, it is probably the moulding at the bottom of the spray arm that is broken causing the tube to dislodge under pressure.

If you have taken out the baskets and the door still jumps open then it will more than likely be the hinges that are bent.

Best laugh I have had in ages Chris, some of the quotes show the priceless Scottish humor at work, see below.

Just goes to show the smoking ban works, if it wasn’t in place you would not have been there, then where would we be.

Maybe thats what Smeato was thinking…”those 2 guys are smoking, thats not on at my airport!”

Smeaton went tae the same school as Charles Bronson and stole his dinner money everyday.
John Smeaton can strangle you with a cordless phone.
John Smeaton won a game of connect 4 in 2 moves.

John Smeaton is 1/8th Cherokee. This has nothing to do with ancestry, the man ate a f*cking Jeep.
