    Depends on date code to date code 82 it has a reversing timer in the base after date code 82 the reversing and heat contacts are in the main timer i reckon it will be one of these if everything else checks out.

    I usualy change the front bearing pads when i change the belts as the 1st one i did snapped the belt after in about a fortnight, changing the bearing pads at the same time on them since and i havent been called back once.

    I heard an ex Comet engineer who went to Indesit is a bit pissed of with all he was promised from indesit hasnt materalised has joined Beko, so i assume they are are on a recruitment drive.

    Cannot remember the modified one but they used the normal C00083915 wash thermister before they modified it.

    Only had one bought 2 as i was getting a better deal, fitted it and was back 2 days later to replace it, not had a problem with any others.

    Not changed many heaters to be honest usualy the wash pump that goes tits up that going faulty not pump correctly can cause this fault also.

    Chek the filter if fitted they are prone to blocking and restricting airflow which will cause this fault.

    What i find a service wash on its own wont clean it as the water levels are that low and it never gets to all the drum, i tell them to use a good old fashioned powder with bleach, stick a little bleach in fab compartment plus shove in some old towels or something they arent bothered about getting covered in all the crap that will be coming out as that will help the solution get to all of the drum, do that twice and then a rinse to make sure all the bleach is away always works for me.

    Take the back panel off nad it is sittuated half way down the bracketed on the side panel cheers JJ

    Yes use that one, ive replaced loads wiith the one that screws on the smaller one causes loads of problems, JJ
