I did ask how many times but they didnt know, could be just the one flash, all programmes selected do this except spin when the pump comes on but no motor action.
    Thanks for replying Baron.

Is it a single or a double element ?

The oven is made by Technogas and you get the same elements from MFI possibly cheaper or Connect

Re: Customer removed parts? some advice from the wise

Well Col I would advise him that you have found out the PCB cannot be repaired and he will have to pusrchase a new one in excess of £150.00, that should put him off the repair, in future I suggest you have a phone at home that has caller ID on it so you answer only numbers you know after a certain time and the rest goes to ansaphone, then its up to you if you call a customer or not.

I dont like the idea of a customer visiting your home address either, not a good idea mate, try and keep business and home sepearate to some degree if possible beleive me you dont need the hassle 24/7.

    Col,

Would advise you walk away from it, you havent lost anything yet ( in fact u got yer £20} but you could open a right can of worms as you cannot be sure what this guy has done to it !!

You can get parts listings from BSH on their website but not to sure about technical info, but I am sure someone on UKW could help on info.

Re: Dual fuel appliances & Corgi

If you are not registered for Corgi I would leave well alone, I have Corgi Engineers and non- gas Engineers, even if its a door glass or a fan element I would never send a non-gas Engineer to a Dual Fuel range or cooker.

We have been to many a job where the installation is incorrect or there is leak on the hob part of the appliance and if the Engineer is not competent in gas repairs or procedures you could leave a dangerous situation quite easily.

You would also find that your Liability insurance would not cover any claims either. 😯

Re: how to remove panel door from semi-integrated dishwasher

if the clips have a hole in each it is for a T plastic tool to insert and then you pull the plastic tool and the clips release the locking pin on the door, you can sometimes insert a screw into the hole instead of the correct tool and that will do the trick.

    hope this helps
