    Re: C.Card payments

We use mobile terminals, just like a mobile phone through Vodafone, it is expensive about £40-00 including vat and rental of Pay Meter, and Barclaycard Merchant services is minimum £20 a month, but it saves a lot of time and hassle, payment is quick and easy and customers are now so used to chip & pin they cant even find their cheque books anyway.

Been using this system nearly 5 years now and we find it very useful.

I suspect the base tray is full of water and has operated the float switch, probabley leaking from wash pump, switch off remove front panel and kickboard check if base tray has water in it and locate leak, good luck!!

Possibly the pressure switch is glogged up, it twist fits onto the sump right hand side or could be siphoning when trying to fill, not enough water in the system, common faults with these especially if MFI or Howdens actually fitted it.

    Marty,

If out of warranty i would seriously you suggest to the customer to replace it with a better quality make, i work on these every day of the week for the Manufacturer, they leak, steam up and ruin the doors/worktop etc !!

we would never work on them out of warranty, to risky !!

    John,

If a range cooker under the hob top will be a TOC for the grill, check that is working correctly, spillages from hob can cause problems.

It will be the air tube from the front tub panel blocked, you will have to take the front off to get at it, not easy job mate !

If you change the Eeprom do you have to configure the PCB like some Zanussi’s ?

    Re: Hotpoint WF340G

Thanks Jim, is the module complete or do you have to add the eeprom, i have never done one before but have heard that this is the case sometimes.
