Moderator2 things that come to mind, what wash programme are they using on washing machine as if the spin is less than 1200 there is not enough moisture getting out of the clothes so the dryer thinks the clothes are dry, other thing is that this dryer after it dried 1 load of clothes it needs time for the drum to cool before another load goes in so worth asking them questions as I’ve had loads with it switch off early as the dryer thinks the clothes are dry

ModeratorWount be motor as this has a motor pcb fitted could well be a wiring fault as I’ve had a beko washer with the same motor that wouldn’t go into a fast spin I ended up changing the harness worked fine ( I checked harness to motor and had resistance on all the wiring to) have you insulation checked the machine is the only other thing I can think of. ModeratorTurn your dial to 6 clock position then hold down the rpm button spin speed button then while hold the spin speed button down turn the dial clockwise to position 7 keep holding button for 3 seconds then turn the dial to the off position may take a few attempts and may well have to leave it then try again if you get frustrated
