Can I just ask how you knew the selector switch was faulty? And you say it trips electric when you switch it on maybe you have wired switch up wrong there are numbers on the sides of both switches and every wire need to go in the same position as old one e.g p1 to p1

The module will more than likely be gone common on these washer dryers the connectors are keyed so cant go in wrong connection, just make sure you order correct part as there are more than one module

Have only ever seen 2 changed a door seal on 1 and the other I couldn’t find a fault on. My opinion is that they are well made and have a quick wash for full load and all round look easy to work on

I would agree with dave they are probably over dosing, also there maybe a dry function on the dishwasher so have the side panels off and check the filter in the air chamber

Hi are you within 30 days of purchase if so go back to where you bought it as a appliance this new should not fail and when they fail this early from experience you will normally have alot of trouble further down the line the error is related to a heat issue so a few checks would need to be carried out, have you tried booking a appointment online it is alot easier

The short answer is no because Hotpoint have so many variations on the same looking pcbs without a model number it is near impossible to do yourself

Did you say you checked the wires where they go through the plastic covering as that is normally where they break you can remove the white plastic thing and remove black tape and inspect as this is a very common fault on beko dishwashers when they are over 2 years old

Best to have a gas safe engineer in as the top needs to come off to change part/parts required.
