ModeratorLol join the club I do warranty for them and they are challenging to say the least, to try and point you in some sort of direction ask if they use both ovens or if they use one more than other at a educated guess I would go for a base element obviously cant be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} without testing

ModeratorSound like the best thing to do I think hate having something to can’t be to the bottom of though:rolleyes:

ModeratorTry pressing down one of the other control knobs so you get the spark clicking noise the turn the gas on to the one that’s not working and see if it will ignite

ModeratorGive stoves technical a ring they are pretty good, only 1 other thing I would suggest checking is the micro switch on the valve/thermostat, I assume you have checked continuity on element and safety stat, and that you are still getting 240v to oven/ timer ?

ModeratorYes they cleaned out the pumps because they are getting this message but there was water in the base when I arrived it could be the base needs to dry out but then how did it leak, only thing I could put it down to is over dosing
kaibart
ModeratorLet’s start at the beginning I think when I arrived to look at machine the float switch in the base was activated so tilted machine back got excess water out ask customer what they had done they said cleared both pumps, so I then ran the machine empty on 20 minute programme I got to the end and displayed what I posted earlier clean filter check jet, so that’s when I decided to still the thing and have the hoses off to both pumps and to jet all was clear re ran machine on 20 minute programme and the same message came up that’s as far as I got

ModeratorI didn’t check the bell as it goes all the way through the programme and thought if this was the problem it would have stopped before the end of programme plus the customer does a maintenance wash every 2 weeks

ModeratorThis is what it said in manual in picture

ModeratorHere is what I mean by stamped on what beko call injector and connect has 4 listed but all for natural gas so oven may not be compatible for lpg
kaibart
ModeratorThere has got to be 4 different jets listed for hob as there is 4 different size burners
kaibart
ModeratorThey didn’t register the warranty and it’s over 4 years old they said they have only had problems since they started using Ariel liquid tabs they have been using idos meile liquid, yes i had the jet out, what’s the pressure bell never worked on one of these kai
