You have the right to return the product within 30 days for a exchange or refund if your not happy with it. Well only thing I would to is change the wok base that the injectors go into as that’s all thats left
First thing I would ask are you using all in one tablets and rinse aid ? You leak is definitely coming from inside the door as if any of the hoses underneath were leaking it would give you error 1 every wash

if the dail is loose the is normally a spring clip,circlip that goes around dail to keep the dail on the potentiometer, if the temperature dail and spin speed are set to maximum the is no need to adjust as they are preset for every programme as the dail is no longer available
The potentiometer just pushes onto facia and then the control knob pushes onto the shaft of potentiometer
There is a jig available on ebay its called kreg hinge cutter easy to use plus ebay sell the plugs to go in old holes
Yes these are common to fail easy job top off and only 1 screw and 2 wire to it, dave is absolutely right it controls the speed of the fan.
