ModeratorYou have the right to return the product within 30 days for a exchange or refund if your not happy with it. If the part of the appliance is not something that you can touch ie control knob or buttons i might expect it could get hot during the dry cycle plus if its built in the cabinet door would normally be closed when in use.

ModeratorFirst thing I would ask are you using all in one tablets and rinse aid ? You leak is definitely coming from inside the door as if any of the hoses underneath were leaking it would give you error 1 every wash

Moderatorif the dail is loose the is normally a spring clip, circlip that goes around dail to keep the dail on the potentiometer, if the temperature dail and spin speed are set to maximum the is no need to adjust as they are preset for every programme as the dail is no longer available
kaibart
ModeratorThe potentiometer just pushes onto facia and then the control knob pushes onto the shaft of potentiometer
kaibart
ModeratorIf you mean the potentiometer the part number is 41010932

ModeratorThere are alot of factors to take into account with your dryer first of all do not expect it to dry as well as your old vent zanussi as the older vented dryers had bigger elements used alot more electric, there are many things to take in with a heat pump dryer, the spin speed on your washing machine comes into play as if these not enough moisture out of the clothes this will affect the dryers performance, the other thing is where the dryer is installed (ie) garage, near a radiator both have major affects on how it works, as regards diagnostic cycle this is only available to beko approved engineers sorry I don’t have access kai.
