ModeratorI’ve changed one under warranty yes they are a pain to fit and it doesn’t come with the harness I’m nor 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} but I think [h=3]1767140100 is the part number[/h]

ModeratorThe part number for motor is 2953880300 and capacitor is 2807960400

ModeratorWhats the 3100 number as there will be more than one listed for that model

ModeratorAnother thing to ask here is what wash programme are you using because the spin speed of your washing machine will make a big difference to the way your dryer drys your clothes as if the spin speed is 1000 rpm it will have alot more moisture in them compared to a 1400 rpm spin speed, note if you have a 1400 spin washer it doesn’t spin to 1400 rpm on every cycle

ModeratorNo they can go on any side doesn’t matter
kaibart
ModeratorChange the facia as the touch controls on these are very poor

ModeratorIt has a pressure switch fitted on this model which is located next to the motor I would check that and the water container valve which is located where you empty the water underneath dryer

ModeratorPost some photos and i might be able to help
kaibart
ModeratorAs dave said they are a pig to do,to put it nice and the inner band can be very difficult to do if you haven’t done one before
kaibart
ModeratorI would check the dryer element

ModeratorJust a thought i think there is a thermostat fitted at the front as you open the door the plastic that the door closes into there should be one there this maybe your problem

ModeratorGiven the age of that machine I know it has probably been really reliable I personally wouldn’t bother i would look at replacing it due to the cost of fixing it

ModeratorI personally think that the drum has gone on your machine mainly the drum support that isn’t available only the drum its self like dave said I would do a quick check on suspension but I’m 95 percent sure its the drum
