It’s probably e21 heater fault if it has a resettable stat that will need to be replaced with part number 40015982 actually sell stat separately now

From what I am reading in the instructions it doesn’t show a setting so you can put it on for a hour to dry ,but having said that you can download programs to machine so you might well be able to do it through the hoover wizard app

What you have repaired ie changing the belt and support wheels would have nothing to do with dryer going off after 15 -20mins i would guess it was like this before you repaired it, other than a issue with airflow front fan blocked with fluff condenser blocked, pointing to pcb
