ModeratorThey ended production the end of 2017 so I would check heater falling that will be pcb

ModeratorJust a thought is the belt tensioned right on the pulley as if its the wrong way on the pulley I’ve had this happen not on this model though
kaibart
ModeratorDon’t know what model i was looking at put wrong model number in I think
kaibart
ModeratorIf its error 21 and the model number is correct it will be heater which has resettable thermostat that has now been modified by new heater as the stat temperature is to low, the 3100 number you have posted doesn’t match the model number kai
kaibart
ModeratorCheck insulation on heater otherwise it will be module
kaibart
ModeratorThe 1st thing to check would be connections on the door lock and the door lock itself
kaibart
ModeratorIf you still have no heater after changing stats and there isn’t a front stat it will be the timer faulty
kaibart
ModeratorNo there are none listed on the drawings
kaibart
ModeratorMore than likely relay on pcb

ModeratorOk undo the screws on the back left hand side to start then its a case of removing the facia so all the knobs need to be pulled off, there should be 3 screws holding the facia they are where the top door closes when you remove facia there will be 2 screws top left hand side and then pull the flap down and there will be 1 screw there and the panel will come off
