Was it all blocked in the pump resivour, had one I ordered a pump as its got a sensor or resistor of some sort that brings on water light and then had customer ring back a day later saying it was all working ok
Well I’ve changed the damper for that reason as I temporarily wedged it open and it cooled ok so you are proving the damper is faulty if u half opened it and disconnected it aren’t you
Most lamona products are made by beko and lamona are now offering a 3 year warranty on built in appliances where beko only offer 2 but there other brands bloomberg offer 3 year and 5 year on some products, plus beko make for smeg the freestanding washing machines and the American fridge freezers
They have had problems with the dampers and lots of models what happens is it ices up and stops it from opening
It looks like a sensing strip wire only place I think it may have come from is the front duct where the front of the drum goes into the plastic there should be a spade connection there somewhere
Error 19 is the drain valve odd I’ve changed a few and had no issues i would be looking at anything to do with the machine emptying
Yes it has water gets in the neon some are available with just the loom fir neon some are complete harness just cut the wires to neon you have nothing to loose as you can remake wires
Just a thought is the vent hose 400mm before a bend in it and are all the ducting clear as in the book its says that if the vent hose doesn’t run 400mm before a bend it will affect performance
