    Re: Hygena apl8212 leaking

I would agree with clive will be the bottom spray arms as clive says either not turning or hair line crack or possible top arm not turning
near all door leaks on these are for that reason .
use to be the first thing we would replace and nearly allways cured it alot of time u can,t see the crack in the moulding between top and bottom of arm but the water pressure can
this is only going from my exp as i can,t see it

at a guess i would say ntc at bottom of sump behind the metal pannel at bottom held on by 4 torq srews use to be the ntc most times, the elements use to be very reliable.
if old type ntc will look abit diffrent from new one , old type has tags new one block . this is only a guess
ntc or user board ie module or element

at a guess sounds like the stat to me also check to see if the fan is going around .
option 1 no idea on prices but i reckon stat around £20-30 ish + call out charge less u able to do your self .
option 2 pay hotpoint £104-114 they fix what ever is wrong with it

Re: Diplomat ADP 4550Main Oven problem

sounds like a wiring issue to me cause the neon and element is getting a live from some where , check terminal block is not burn,t , check and see if theres a 3rd wire comming of element and to where it goes, or maybe second stat is faulty is unlikely to have 2 stats with same fault tho

far as im aware still only 104 no parts being charged for as under 5 years ,less you live in london in which case its then its abit more , but they do try to sell u a yearly warrenty instead of the call out charge which normally cost like 40-50 pounds more i think.

if there a loud bang somthing is arking if u take the top of i don,t think it will be hard to see , and most likely to be the neon neon wire or thermostat , take a couple of clear pictures before u pull any wires of and make sure its isolated . if the neon is in bits my guess would be thats your problem, you will probally see black burn marks somewhere

normally if a valve leaks i would say replaced the valve but with what u saying my guess would be module.
move hot and cold wires around to see if hot valve works and is hot water turn on.
im guessing u got no meters so try pluging in to a diffrent socket incase u have a faulty socket

i belive thats a beko dishwasher full size i could be wrong tho
if dead could be many things ,
check where the main cable go to in side the machine
    unplug machine don,t work live
my guess would be either some kind of interfance filter/suppressor or faulty module, but as kwatt say could be cause by leak that blown the board or faulty componet

Re: Diplomat ADP 8332 thermostat values (washer not heating

The old style ntc at bottom use to play around alot there were two types from memory . if there was a heating problem i would allways go for ntc if was the older version and replace it with the block connection ntc they made this change around 3 to 4+ years ago i think. my brain has gone dead on me at this point but i think the older version had spade connection and new ones the push on connection block.
    my guess is
ntc most likely plus comes with new conection block and wire or use to

all else fails new user board

when its washing open the door and close it again if u hear a tiny thump with in like 1-2 secs its the valve stopping the water getting to bottom spray arm.
i,ve done a hand full of these where the solonoid is faulty and water only comes out of top spay arm in past.

Re: Diplomat select 610 fan and light

hi most likely the light bulb has just gone and your fan motor has seized . fan motors were common problems where they would get noisey or stuck, that would be my first guess , i use to just try to flick them a few times to see if there was any pull on fan blade.
