Re: question regarding sump housing please

i,ve had small hair line crack on sump housing before is rare tho probaly not an item that many people keep in stock , 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} for any leak in base is relating to the wash pump from my experience.
Some built in machines in my experience can be a nightmare to remove, not because they are built in but because of how the builder as installed them or what the customer has added ie flooring.
To removed machine 2 screws at top of machine and adjust 4 feet if it still don,t come out you might have to remove what ever is blocking it or bust up the feet and if pipes are tight ie waste pipe cold fill and plug may need to be removed if its tight.
If fitted well 5 mins to remove if fitted badly long time to remove, engineer may feel its arkward and don,t want to spend ages getting appliance out.
most engineers will not rip you off
mfi/extracare was 82.25 before we even touched the machine not counting parts

i can suggest a few possible ways it comes of , i can,t remember which one this is
1 type facia just pulls of with a small pole on left and right that goes into oven
1 type 2x 2 screw from behind facia on left and right that u unscrew

1 type screws on top left and right hand side of oven that go inwards towards oven then u have to leaver facia out from bottom its abit arkward and uncrew screws along top behind facia .
some oven use to screw in with few screws from below facia as well, some are just for the timers tho.
it might be one of these

Re: Indesit fridge freezer CG1305NF/1UK.Fridge not cold enou

does it have a wet wall in fridge with a drainage hole at bottom ?
i did,t think this model did but your decribtion makes it sound this way.
if it is a frost wall at back and only half of it is frosted and as u go across the frost fades to nothing i would suggest you need a system engineer.
Is the black compressor at bottom very very hot to touch? this could mean that it running all the time and is unable to bring the tempture down

if i was to guess i would say the grill regulator the 1 to 6 dial will most likely have a small square shaped regulator behind the knob , this is only a guess tho

hi ya is that the slimline dw?
if so 3 lights normally mean water in base and the micro switch has been activated i think.
if no water in base maybe the float micro switch is stuck or faulty or losse wire on switch , only other thing that comes to mind is a faulty module or losse connection

Re: Hotpoint double oven (BD31) grill not working

my guess would be a faulty grill regulator thats behind the full and half setting knob .
If elements are working on oven then they are fine.
if u able to turn oven on and of and it has grill postion on there on same knob i would think that the selector switch is ok. unless u really unlucky

hi if it cuts out with in 3 mins , my sugestion would be check the heater or motor . try machine on rinse if it has that programme as it runs on cold only , if it runs through whole programme u know the motor will be ok and its likelty to be the heater/element.
i doub,t it would be kinked pipes if it fills and it drains then pipes will be ok, hold down the prgramme button to cancel the programme and the machine will drain and or pick new programme and machine will drain so you can see if it drains, allso a leak could cause it u can unscrew bottom front plate to see if any water is in base

soldering in air is the easy option i use to put silver knobs back on and hold it from other side back into the the holes at front to hold it depending on model , some people use to have some clips to hold it in place while hanging down. if u doing while hanging where some goggles it can spit

    Re: APM 8702 not spinning

when u fill it up on a wash cycle does the drum start to turn before the water gets to the door seal rim? if it don,t u got a presure chamber blockage or you find it don,t allways fill when u turn it on .
don,t forget right hand side of the dial full spin long programe, left hand side of the dial short delicates programes half spin.
    c) is top spin
or could be out of balanced try a full load fill it on 5 then stick it on c .
could be faulty module they do fail alot.
could be conection in the connection blocks not making great contact on to the boards.
could be very high resistance in the element very rare tho heared of it never had it tho.
ps all washer dryers suck they will never beat two seprate machines, but its 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} better than hanging them up if u got no room for a dryer

    Re: Diplomat ADP8332 – F4 Fault

drain level indicator do u mean the pressure switch?
only 4 things will cause a f4 fault
    1st pump aka not draining
2nd pressure switch faulty or weak spring inside it or all gunged up, normally can see white on the black pressure sw in sump if its dirty
    3rd module faulty
4th if motor pipe is leaking when on can pressure water over other componets to give fake random faults
