    Re: siemens fridge freezer

Can anyone direct me to the fault finding procedure for this Siemens model. Its FD is 8310. I believe it will be the same as the Bosch KGU 32123 GB 01.
Appliance Care won’t give me the info as I am not an approved engineer even though I did their guarantee work for 20 years until 3 years ago.

I spent about 2 hours looking on E bay but gave up. Found plenty of different wattages but not 1400w. I still have not found one.

    Re: Neff combination microwave

could not manage with coins but did it by inserting a 5mm bolt in each hinge and closing the door enough to take the strain then it was easy. Managed to dissemble the door. The inner just requires easing away gently. job done. Thanks.

    Re: Neff combination microwave

I’VE CONFIRMED THAT THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
Its sounds very unproffesional but technical at BHS Appliance Care adviced me that one of their engineers uses 50p piece on each hinge and closes the door. I’ve tried it but held back when I thought that I’d damage the inner door.
Think I’ll have to take a loss on this job and pass it back to BHS engineers.Any ideas over the weekend apprieciated.

    Re: Neff combination microwave

Obviously not a common machine. The machine is made in Korea. Could it be a Daewoo? It has a pull down door, has a halogen heater grill in the ceiling.

I have spoken to Neff technical and they suggest that I order a pair of clips to remove the door. part number 418141. Unfortunately they are not available. Strange as the FD is 8212 = Made in Dec 2002.
