    Well since I posted my comments they are picking up tomorrow, I find the rest of my business with them very good, though Dave Parker doesn’t return calls though might be a good sign.

    Sorry about not getting model number right, couldn’t find it on TDS but comes up on another one.

    Is there any freezing in the fridge part? any ice at all?

    This is just a standard F/F it sounds like a weak compressor or perhaps an internal leak.

    I have been waiting 4 months keep phoning and emailing, keep getting queries answer them then nothing start all over again, now they tell me I have left it to long? This happened with the last lot and it was nearly 6 months about £1400.00 at the end before it got collected though payment was very quick.

    The hotplates you can use pattern, the hob comes off easly undo the 4 screws that hold the rear trim on some are difficult to see if you are old and decrepid like me, then it slides forward and you can lift it up.

    It sounds like the thermal fuse faulty, when you switch it on and off it resets till next defrost. you can get parts from ISDAL or Connect, there is a test sequence but I don’t have it at home.

    Well I never got one and insurance company wrote it off, but I would still like to know why it is so involved. I put an ordinary relay on and it worked but of course could not leave it.

    The stat you want is a DEL066072 £17.99 from connect but it is just a basic 2 tag stat.
