KeymasterFrom memory, you can do that with the sides off, but you will need to work your way into the area behind the facia panel to swap it. And on many of those, a wiring conversion needs to be carried out to replace that switch.

KeymasterIn some ways, it’s a shame it failed, but it was overly complicated. And, from what I can gather, not terribly well engineered for durability.
But, what is a very good thing is the focus that they put on performance as in, it actually got things clean. A lot of modern machines, don’t.

KeymasterI told you, the door lock. Possibly the wiring but that’s more of a long shot.
The board is reporting the error as it should by what you’ve described.

KeymasterI’d not assume that, it’s not the most likely reason.

KeymasterWhich would suggest the lock isn’t communicating the correct status for some reason at the start of the program.

KeymasterdE is a “door error” so it thinks the door isn’t closed for some reason. If it is closed correctly the door lock is the most probable cause of it.

KeymasterThe boards in those were pretty notorious for failing and, so far as I know they’re all obsolete now and even if not, damned expensive making it (given the age of those units) uneconomic to replace.
The back one controls everything and there’s no way I could see of setting up any kind of ad hoc solution.

KeymasterIf it’s freezing inside the case, it could be caused by an insulation breakdown and, at 18 years old, that’d not be unthinkable by any stretch.

KeymasterSounds about right from that statement.

KeymasterRooted about a bit, and there’s nothing I can find. Though I had postulated some time ago that the whole (at least) domestic side of Electrolux might get bought if the conditions were right, and, after the recent big groups being swallowed up by Chinese brands I’d not be surprised if that happened.

KeymasterYeah, rumours about it a couple of years ago but so far as I know it all fell through and I’ve not heard anything on it since.

KeymasterNo clue, probably on posting links to try to bump their own SEO.

KeymasterThat’s one of their random Chinese made ones that I have no idea where or even if you can get parts for.

KeymasterThere’s a lot to unpack there. And, I don’t have access to ASWO so can’t check it.
But, if I were to hazard a guess, it’d be that the ISP/mobile provider was blocking it due to high data use or, they think it’s some kind of a problem. They might think it’s iffy for some security type issue.
I say that as if it works on other networks, like your home internet connection but just not on your mobile service, it’d strongly suggest the issue was with the mobile service and not the site (ASWO in this case) or the mobile device itself.
To get around it, you could use a VPN on the phone, but unless you’re okay with networking and such, that might not be an option.

KeymasterYeah, that was (from what I can find out) was the straw that did the camel in.
