KeymasterTBH, I think they’ve been more or less in a state of stasis for the past year or more.
Making money on parts ain’t as easy as people often think.

KeymasterIt is very likley a problem with the fridge thermistor that is buried in the insulation at the back of the fridge, it’s not a 2-minute easy job to replace that.

KeymasterAre you sure it’s F427 as I can’t find that code listed anywhere?
K.

KeymasterSure, it’s C00846522.

KeymasterNope, it’s a genuine only part so you won’t get it any cheaper.

KeymasterLooking at that, I’d think the yellow wires were for a thermistor and the brown and blue were the live and neutral for the heater so you should get a circuit across those.

KeymasterIt looks to be integrated into the operating module on that model, probably a capacitive touch switch so you can’t replace just that, it’s a £180 module!

KeymasterOdd, unless it was a character wrong when I searched and there’s been another like it.

KeymasterThat was strange but, post and user now zapped.

KeymasterRachellnouye was zapped at some point, it seems there’s just that one leftover post I can find… mind you amongst Andy Jawa’s shite it’s hard to make out what’s spam and what’s not!

KeymasterI doubt that they will give you rates as I don’t think they’re doing that or, I’d doubt it.
I think what they’re probably trying to do is to link indie repairers to OEMs/brands whatever, to carry out repairs and buy parts through ASWO to compete or whatever with CDSL/Screwfix. CDSL et all will tell you, as I will, that setting up a “network”, maintaining it and running it is a major, huge PITA to do.
So what ASWO are probably trying is a kinda hands-off approach but still to capture the spares side of things. I can’t say for sure as I’ve not heard too much about it.
I spoke to them years ago about a network, and they never got back to me. I didn’t pursue it.

KeymasterBanned now so need to watch for them. 😉

KeymasterMost of the fault codes, where I’ve found them at least, are in that section of the site which is searchable using Google.

KeymasterThe intermittent nature would suggest a balancing issue or drain problem of some sort, as it’d be highly unlikely to be a component problem. It’s possible, of course, but I’d not think it likely.
Do check the pump housing, you can sometimes get small objects trapped in them which can fool the machine to thinking that it’s not drained fully but aside from that there’s not a lot I can think on from what you describe.

KeymasterYep and a lot of them aren’t sadly.
