KeymasterMy best guess would be the ignition block but I’d need the ART to check it.

KeymasterA little digging and I can’t see that they have production facilities and, to produce that range they have would require a fair bit of it.
All I could find out is that they are less than 20 years old, nothing specific, and they specialise in import and distribution of wine cabinets.
To go from a standing start to providing a wide range of refrigeration units is, at best, improbable.
I have a sneaky feeling that a lot of them will be rebadged Chinese units that, pretty much everyone and their dog uses. I may be wrong of course as the info is limited but, what I can find does point to that.

KeymasterMiele are probably coming around to the fact that the number of people that will pay, not only for the machine but also their exorbitant service and parts are diminishing. It was always a very small niche at the top of the domestic market.
So, two choices.
Stay as you are and try to win the argument on quality which, I can assure you is not easy when you can buy a machine for a fifth of the cost or a good brand at half the cost or less.
Or, find a way to lower the entry price and get some volume.
Although a decade old, this article is still relevant and explains why there’s no getting around that lowering the quality is the only way to reduce prices:
There is a third option. Educate customers as to why they shouldn’t be buying garbage machines but honestly, good luck with that as the vast bulk either don’t want to know or don’t want to listen.
But essentially, the only way they can get the price chopped like that is to compromise in some way and I think we can all have a pretty good guess as to how. If you are expecting a Miele built well that will last 20 years, that is probably not it.

KeymasterThat’s not the model as all Lamona are HJA or LAM then four digits barring a few oddball exceptions but the serial number is Servis so, it will be obsolete I expect. Pretty much all parts will be.
But, without that model on these, it’s impossible to find much of anything at all.

KeymasterThat’s old, very old. So old that exact version isn’t listed but all do seem to use that pump I linked to earlier.

KeymasterI’d need all the numbers from the rating plate to be sure of it as there’s a number of versions but I think it oought to be this one:

KeymasterCould be the touch module but that’s about £150, it’s an all in one integrated thing and you need the product code of the hob for it as there’s several versions.

KeymasterThese days to replace a compressor would likely cost the thick end of £200 or more depending on the work required.

KeymasterI’ve never actually ever seen a good reason why you’d use one over the other.

KeymasterIMO, it makes no odds unless there’s a specific reason for one or the other.

KeymasterIf you hardly print anyting getting one that will remain okay standing still for ages is a nightmare, probably a laser best as inkjets will gunk up.
