If you fit a Jenas to a m/c the top board programmes it ,if the top card has blown as well then as everyone says the hand held terminal is req ,but a thought ? all the new Jenas modules come unprogrammed ,your module from EMW may have been repaired but may be programmed for a different model so you will have a conflict between the two .

    Re: UKW Meeting February 2009

Just so we aren’t falling over ourselves I have invited the following to the next meeting
D&G, Maytag, Whirlpool, Hoover/Candy, Liebherr, Masterpart, SEME, Qualtex, EMW, SMEG (but not hopeful that they will come) MFI, ISDAL, Samsung, LG, GDHA, Servis -quote]

Blimey 😯 That many manufacturers in one room could be interesting ,Do we need to start to talk about the meeting to get it in to peoples diaries etc i’m thinking in the trade forums .

I just noticed masterpart,Seme and qualtex but no connect ,a lot of people were asking whether we could get connect to a mtg, just a thought .

If you are reading this then it’s applicable to you as you have access …
The decision was made to hold a specific WTA mtg on the late afternoon /evening and saturday morning of the 7th & 8th of Nov here – http://www.hilton.co.uk/coventry
the purpose of which is to bring together the COP and to talk a little bit of strategy .
Those of us that were still standing agreed to look at the reply that ADE recieved WELL beforehand and to bring the relevant points to this meeting .
Tina & Debbie agreed to come and give admin support .
we don’t expect everybody to come as some are under immense pressure at the moment but there should be enough of us to do what we need to do if you have points and cannot come please pass to me to take .
    Thanks

    Re: What would you do?

Its a judgement call ,We will screen calls through the office advising of poss things cust can do themselves.
In my experience we get more work further down the line as people remember the little things and will come back to you out of obligation
