Ok so a bit of meat on the bones as it were…

Taking on board comments from last year we have been able to attract some interesting speakers ,we have a presentation entitled “so you want to be gas safe ” basically all you need to know about becoming qualified for gas, this will be done by a tutor and assessor from Colchester institute.

We also have a presentation regarding customer service skills,i.e how to talk to the customers etc.

As well as a WTA update ,there will be the usual talks and presentations some of which will have to remain under wraps for the moment ,sorry to be cryptic but all I can say is if we pull it off it will be something never done before and will have people talking.

In the stands area we have –
    AWS
    Masterpart
    Connect
    Vulkan Lokring
    Accutest
    Qualtex
Purple Polly (work wear and promotional items)
    Portway
    Amica
    Swift Electrical
    Pik A Pak
    Statesman
    Witt
    RepairTech

There will be reps available to speak to and promotional offers,as well as some new products being unveiled ,some of which are UK exclusives, also for the first time we have some industry press coming as well.

I know we say this every year ,but this year looks to be the best yet.
If you have never been before, this one is the ideal one to come to for the first time,if you have been before, this one should be even better than before,if you are undecided, can you afford not to be there,if you have decided not to come we will maybe see you next year

    Re: Servicenet

Had a call today from someone asking me if I had heard of Servicenet as a friend of his is in to them for over £2K and is getting nowhere being paid.

Apparently Servicnet are stating that they are allegedly waiting for over £30K from D&G ,to which I laughed and said add that to all the other bogus excuses they come up with.

It’s the whole assy including new fan motor and element ,ntc etc ,the narrowest part of the metal duct collects fluff and holds heat and you can’t get to it to clean
