    its the solenoid on the fill tank , we have one to do tomorrow pt no 00631199

    on Elicas the wires are soldered on to the motors so you wouldn’t have reversed them when cleaning.
    failing that contact spares 2 go and ask them the difference as they are the suppliers of the part

    thermal fuse – DA4700095E
    Drip tray heater – DA4700039B
    sensor – DA3200006W

    and the fuse is behind the evaporator back right corner

    does anyone remember getting an email last year amending the Ts &Cs saying that you have to hold SO parts for 6 mths if the appliance is written off before they arrive and then cant be cancelled ?

    well we have gone from an average of 50 jobs a week down to 8 , so something is up, factor in the aggro with Orbit and authority issued for a repair with special order parts totaling £284 and then 3 days later they decide to write it off and expect us to hold the special order parts for 6 months at our cost and then if not used they will pay for them apart from any claims over 6 months automatically get rejected.
    Not a happy D&G agent

    Just had a thought of it’s USA built it would automatically be Fahrenheit and you may not be able to adjust
