depending on the age there is a micro switch with an arm mounted on the left hand hinge reciever I have had some where the lagging catches the microswitch arm and sticks it the wrong way ,easiest way is to ease the left hand panel out beware top screw behind facia .

ParticipantRe: Qualtex discount scheme for WTA.
Just and update on this ,we have invited Phil Hume to Kilmarnock on Fri 5th August .
We had to move fast on this due to the R/C situation ,we are going to do the full OFT gap analysis at the same time (obviously not with Phil there )
Sorry no advance notice Steve but like I say we had to move quickly ,are you able to be there or are you okay if Myself,Ade&Ken deal with him ?

ParticipantRe: RepairCare Rate reduction issues
If R/C agents that are WTA members want the WTA to do something I don’t see a problem ,however we need to think about exactly what we “Can” do ,we can tell R/C they are being unreasonable about the way they are doing things, I think there response will be short and swift and to the point …
As for working with Dasa ,I am intrigued as to exactly what the DASA mtg will acheive ,ok it will allow all the people that are upset to have their say,but then they have put their heads above the parapet and are easily identified by R/C ,because there will be some slimy toad that will tell R/C to curry favour cos there always is (Iv’e been on the recieving end ).
Then whats to stop R/C calling and presenting ultimatums along the lines of shut up or lose the work .
Before people expose themselves there needs to be alot of ducks lined up,sorry to sound a note of caution but remember I’ve been there ,I have had the visit that ended with the promise of losing work if I don’t toe the party line .
Like I say I am all for the WTA doing something but we need to work out what …Lawrence
