Intriguing question!
You’re not the only one who’s looking for it, if that’s any consolation.
manuals on line
Maybe it has something to do with this?

ParticipantRe: zanussi zwf1210 not starting on wash
If this is the long board along the front behind the fascia, it’s a common fault with the board. I believe it’s the heater relay that’s a tiny bit burnt (contacts) inside. It’ll still work when tested in isolation but not in situ. I’m not sure which relay it is on the board, possibly RL2 from vague memory. The first time I did it I just replaced all 4 or 5 relays.
Mind you, I’m not guaranteeing that this applies to your machine! Both machines I had this on were outside in sheds.
Another possibility is damp motor but I don’t think it would spin either.

Same part, same colour at Connect. And, what’s more surprising, same price!

Martin wrote:How do you get Mediator to come up Mike,? I can’t find it this end. 😕
You have to start at the left hand side, selecting “washing machine” from the list for example. You then select make, then model from list. That brings up all parts for said model. Where a diag. is available you will see a tab at the top of the list, saying “mediator”. Click that and hey presto.
That’s how I get it. Could be there’s an easier way?

ParticipantRe: Beko WMA510W No Spin
From your description, it sounds as if the board may be retaining a memory of a previous setting and not allowing a new programme to be selected until it’s cleared. But how to clear it is the ❓ I sometimes look in the instruction manual at times like that. (We can’t be expected to know all the foibles of operating so many makes and models.)

ParticipantRe: Neff Oven
Connect have exploded views in mediator and list parts with original p/no.s! On the top of the oven, there’s 030150. At the back of the oven there’s 057895. Not sure which you need.

Does it drain OK? Does pump operate when spin selected? What about p/sw?

I think you’ve got an “Aquastop”? Give lots of trouble. Have you tried a search using the forum search engine and the above term?
IIRC the supply to the valve in the aquastop is governed by a pressure switch or some such anti-flood device.

Strange, isn’t it? They employ engineers but apparently don’t ask their advice about what to buy in :rolls: .

Would suspect tacho / connections to tacho/motor / to board. Otherwise emwelec.co.uk

Brilliant. Just what I needed to know! (Though I’ll believe the easy bit when it’s done and dusted.)

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint Drawer & Fascia
Hi Tim,
I’ve not used them yet but I’ve put them on my list of possibles for when others are out of stock as they seem reasonable.
I would think that even if the genuine part is extinct there would be sure to be a pattern part somewhere for such a common series of machines.
Have you tried e-bay?

41014192 or 41014197 (same). In stock at Connect £34.68 to me and Masterpart £38.69 with more reliable delivery courier.

I think it’s just out of stock most places, not actually obsolete. I got one from Connect a few weeks ago.
mytub
lists it but a tad more expensive than Connect.
