You can get your otm to give him a refund and tell him to shop else where.
I have done this before due to the customer always moaning about her f/f every 11 months and getting a new one for 3-4 years running.
So I called out and explained that it was due location and that there was nothing wrong, she then complained, got a refund and was told do not buy anything of us again. Some customers are more hassle than they are worth.

Only one listed is for another model, but haier generally use the same part on all there models. Model listed hb21tnn f/f part number 0064000025 frz sensor do not know if this will help. ❓ 😕

Had one where it kept filling and empty even after cancelling something to do with the anti flood chamber on side changed and fault cured.
If chamber gets blocked or air escaping will just keep pumping

Has the pulley just worn ?? if so I have used a large washer to pull pulley tight to the drum and problem was solved.
