Buy the inner door otherwise they always bloody leak, to much messing around backwards and forwards as it never leaks when you are there.

I have done it on a hotpoint before years ago.
As I work for comet they would not go ahead with this mod.(thank god!! 😀 ) as they only give us 27 minutes per call.

Did you fit bosch part number 482935 which then changes to 489607 ???

Check freezer evap for block of ice also check drainage channel if it is black let me know and I will post parts required to fix fault. 😀

Is the code F01 if so check the taco wires to the motor plug sometimes break off inside and cannot be seen until plug top taken off. If not usually is motor but also just as likely the pcb, sorry not really good news. 😕

Is the valve letting in to much water or is pump not emptying out often enough ???

The gauze is a MAJOR PAIN in the rear and all hotpoint engineers just cut it out and then you have no more air flow problems or stat’s tripping out.
As for the water spurt as far as I know this is normal.

Did you set the timer for the correct model as some pcb’s work on several machines ???

No but DSG group are in trouble if you read the mail on sunday that they are running very close to there agreed overdraft.
