    Been to same cooker before and nearly got caught out by the same thing manual is wrong and misleading. Managed to get zanussi to help by saying I was with service force. 😀

    How old is this model ❓ As a few years ago LG did a modi. pcb because old was catching fire on a small number of dw which caused various faults apart from the obvious.

    Did you check the dispensor with or without a tablet in ❓ ❓

    Due to sizes of different tablets dispensor can stick. Have you used correct soldnoid and connected lever up correctly. ❓

    F13 = High Temperature Rise in Drying: Reduced airflow, check fan motor & filter for blockage.

    F14 = No Heat when Drying: Check one shot thermostat, heater & module connections.

    F15 = Drying Heater Relay Fault: Possibly open circuit.

    F16 = n/a

    F17 = Door lock error: check door, door lock & module connections.

    F18 = Fault on Control Board: Check for damaged EEprom and Microprocessor.

    If I remember correctly this is led 3 & 4 flashing. If so fault listed below.

    F03 NTC short/open circuit: check thermistor & module connections.

    As per hoover site it is :-

    THE DURATION OF THE DEFROSTING OF THE FREEZER’S EVAPORATOR
    WAS SHORTER THAN 15 SECONDS, FOR THREE TIMES IN SEQUENCE.

    Depends if customer means IE or LE !!!!

    LE LOCK ERROR CHECK LEAD 3 PIN TO STATOR – PCB LEAD – REPAIR REPLACE HALL SENSOR IN STATOR FAULTY REPLACE STATOR

    IE WATER INLET ERROR WATER NOT REACHED PRE-SET LEVEL

    Low insulation on hoover heaters can cause all sorts of wierd and wonderful faults. So now I always check heater first 😀

    If the door seal is clamped into the lower part of the door you will need to order the inner door.

    On diagram goal post seal is :- c00141317
    Inner door frame stainless steel is :- c00097501.

    Lower door seal not shown. 😀

    As per bosch website module number is bosc482935 which changes to your number so should be ok. Did you try module before doing mod. ❓

    Ring them in the morning with a rough eta eg. 12-2 then ring again when on the way and say “I’ll be with you in about 15 minutes” then when you arrive they say “I cancelled this call yesterday didn’t the office tell you?” no they did not and neither did you, either times I called you.

    Never mind southam isn’t that from wolverhampton only 90minutes away. !!! have a nice day 👿
