    yes only last week i changed one for the very same fault and it worked (so far) part number we got from SEME thats dispenser complete

    sounds like you had a blocked presure system and should not trip the rcd but a heater down to earth would

    when does the fault happen at the start or does it fill with water, wash then the fault appears if so poss not heating

    Why have Zanussi changed the style of there outlet hoses I had to install one today
    Had trouble fitting the outlet and to add to that the 10mm transit bolts were rounded off and had to undo them with a screwdriver ive now got arms like Popeye

    if it floods out as soon as the water enters the machine
    Then dispenser/tub blocked with soap as advised by Penguin45 or if it
    Just dribbles out it is usually the dispenser top that needs changing
    can be cleaned does not always work

    yes had trouble yesterday could not get washvac or partscenter on line they must be upgrading there website as I said good luck

    Andy, washvacs website is no longer they are now parts center if you have a account, your account number log in has changed, email them and they will give you a new account number also have to fill a new form takes 2 to activate, im still waiting

    if drum turns without much effort its possible the belt is broken the buzzing noise is the belt pulley draging on the motor shaft remove mains lead remove top and see if you can see the belt around the drum if not then new belt is required not a diy job

    Sounds like valve letting by and the valve will have to be replaced 😀
