Sounds like loss of refrigerant or poor pumping compressor you need to call in a Refrigeration engineer put in your postcode in repairs@

Not a hard job to replace thermostat if not sure call in a engineer we charge around £55 to supply and fit but prices vary from company to company try Repairs@ if you have a go yourself Power off first

Its probably only the thermostat open circuit not a expensive repair get a engineer to check it try Repairs@

I wrote earlier in this forum how I had no problem fitting Zanussi door retaining springs but yesterday I had to fit a door seal to a BEKO, bigger seal than the Zanussi and could not fit the spring on, nearly got it on then off it came then I remembered what Bryan and r600a said about the screwdriver through the door interlock latch plate worked like a treat 1st time thanks for a good idea guys (see you can still teach a old dog new tricks)

Im 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure the problem is only the heater pack obviously I would check this with my meter at time of the call, but as iadom says we can only surmise about the fault

Yes the motor on the back is the compressor next question can you hear it running or is it making any clicking noises is the black grill (condenser) warm??

It sounds to me like you have brought a duff fridge/freezer (compressor faulty) can you hear the compressor running is it warm to touch if not you will need a engineer to look at it or another fridge/ freezer

Model number is usually around the door frame or on the door surround on some machine its behind the décor door
