I’ve never known a business that is so busy have so much time off for holidays.

I don’t worry so much about the P+P, If it’s 1 order of £9.95 +5.95 P+P then i will charge the customer a round figure of £16 for the part + £30 labour.

If it’s a straight spare sale then its rrp.

You saying you go out to customers using your fuel + adding mileage to ur vehicle, your time, and you give FREE estimates/diagnosing?

I did “briefly” when i started up in this town, however i now fully refuse to waste my fuel, would rather sit in the house playing snap than go running around wasting fuel.

Re: SONY Play Station 3 repairs

Been repairing playstations,ps3’s laptops desktop pc’s, building them, repairing them, all kinds of things, lamn mowers, power washers,… few yr ago i went to a little old dear to put a new lid on her spinner, situated in a really dangerous lean too on side of house, fixed her spinner….after some discussing the lean too, ended up building her a new one of those too at 1,500 profit.

I never ever advertise anything other than domestic appliances as it in my book gets u a jack of all trades label and that i do not want!

But all the stuff i do aside of white goods is mainly friends stuff or from word of mouth, but i would never advertise.

    Re: Samsung j1453s

unfortunetly i have rent to pay, council tax to pay, income tax to pay, NIC’s to pay, food to buy, petrol to buy, road tax, road insurance… the list goes on, oh ya…a 1 yr old baby, a one on the way!

So realistically…a tenner wouldn’t cover it really, its £30 regardless!

    Re: Samsung j1453s

Thats roughly what i do too, however, been to a few cookers that turned out to be auto on the clock due to power off, £30 also for pressing a couple of buttons although they could of sorted it with looking in the instruction book.

But i ain’t gonna let someones ignorance cost me money by wavering the callout.

But as u say, if it turns out its ok now ( so intermittent ) £30 NOW and if it goes again im back for FREE.
