    Why record your mileage?

Did you not spot the video camera hidden in the bushes?

I bet you will be ‘featured’ on “You’ve been framed” soon then 😆

I’ve hit the ‘contact us’ button on their website and asked to be removed from their list and I’ve left a message on the answering machine in Oxford, both approaches by me so far have failed to stop the tyrade of emails I get (none today as yet but had 4 yesterday)

Let me just assume that if you are living in a hard water area that you are regularly putting salt in the salt container first of all?

The problem is possibly that the turbidity sensor (attached to the instantaneous water heater unit, is itself crudded up? Try a couple of maximum washes using a ‘dishwasher cleaner’ (without dishes of course) and see if that helps?

You’re right Dave, it is the season of goodwill (to all men) and as such I will afford you the same without further comment.

    Happy Christmas!

It appears Parts Center have gone to ground somewhat, their website has not been up-dated lately, since the departure of many at Sittingbourne perhaps?

Their parts catalogue has not materialised either :con:

Got to be the heater at fault Mike, have you tested it with a 500volt insulation tester or just a multimeter? Easy way is to disconnect the leads to the heater, insulate them out of harms way, then try the machine with the t/stat set on any temp. “If the trip don’t blow its the heater you know” 😉

    Re: hoover tv630 timer wiring

The white goes to the heat setting switch and down to the heater. According to the wiring diagram I have, the black goes to terminal A on the timer and down to the heater also but shares it with a yellow lead that goes to the Blocked Filter Neon Light. So check if your brown wire goes to that neon first before switching on 😉
