ParticipantCheck voltage with the connectors disconnected from the valve, I got some funny readings when connected to the faulty valve.

QT can be cheaper but the delivery from them is a bit hit and miss for times.

ParticipantThat looks like it would have gone on my old meter, I was gifted a Fluke which I have use now that unfortunately doesn’t do temperature.

ParticipantLooking at the diagram theres a screw on the door to release the door from the hinge, then usually 2 screws on the side and the hinge slides out. Shouldnt be near any gas from what I can see and same set up as electric version.

ParticipantSo that probe failed, then the replacement failed too. Ended up getting a ThermoPro TP16B which works really well with a digital readout, and it cools down much faster than those analogue thermometers so its safer putting back into my toolbag.

ParticipantThink I’ve only had 1 ASWO delivery delayed through customs, and it added 1 day to delivery. I sent an order to Qualtex Wednesday and its not been dispatched yet.

ParticipantNot something I’ve come across, however last week I installed a brand new Candy and the valve was stuck open, machine starting to fill as soon as the hose was connected even with no power!
