ParticipantMost ranges I work on tend to be a top removal, not sure Ive done a Brittania though.

ParticipantYou can pay on order with Qualtex, thats how I do it with all suppliers as I didn’t want any credit accounts.

ParticipantQualtex are usually pretty good on prices although not always the fastest delivery, and ASWO are my go to supplier.

ParticipantLooking at the diagram (see attachment) looks like the outer (0232) clips off, then 0237 and 0239 are screwed together. There are some of the newer Bosch doors where this outer twists off, so have a look before forcing anything.

ParticipantThanks Dave. Pressume they havent changed the chassis on these so getting to the compressor/evaporator means taking the front panel off?

ParticipantLooks like its up top on this one.

ParticipantI’ve bypassed many timers. BEar in mind you get anything wired wrong you’ll be tripping the elctrics so take notes/photograohs before starting and make sure the power is off.
Usually theres a neutral coming in that can be ignored or capped off, then theres a live into the timer and a live out to the switch/thermostat. The live in just needs to go straight to the switch/thermostat.
Again, make sure power is off and notes taken because if anything goes wrong you can then revert back.

ParticipantApparently its on overheat fault, all cut outs tested good and fans all running so I put it down to a failed PCB.
