ParticipantI have a Mainox Hoover shaded pole pump.
Inlet 38mm
Oullet 30mm
Chamber can be rotated to virtually any position
Stator can be rotated 180 degrees to match the originalNot sure if the Ariston pump has a 35mm inlet (38mm may be a bit of a stretch)
If you can give me an email address I can send images.

ParticipantWill check what options I have in stock a bit later. I remember seeing the red Hoover pump recently.

Participant124021010(2) Converts to BLT3783 which should be a 1200mm elastic belt – Sadly Connects description does not confirm that it is elastic (No wonder they get confused!)
I think you may have BLT9017 which is definately a 1200mm standard polyvee belt

ParticipantUndestood Dave,
Some suppliers still get it wrong and list a standard polyvee as a pattern replacement for an elastic one.
Thought it would be helpful to point out just how short the correct stetch belt is likely to be.

ParticipantThis is an elastic stretch belt (1200J6EL) so will be shotrer than the stamped/running length.
Stretch belt length depends on material, thickness, width etc but I would expect a new 1200mm belt to be at least a couple of inches shorter than the running length.
Have not got a 1200J EL on stock but have checked the following new stock
1196J6EL (plastic belt) – measures 1156mm
1195J5EL (rubber belt) – measures 1137mm
1230J5EL (rubber belt) – measures 1184mmMurv…

ParticipantIdeally should follow the manufacturers guidelines.
That said, our Grundig(Beko) heatpump dryer has well less than 1cm gap at the top, back and sides. I left the side kickplates off in the dryer slot and it’s been functioning for over five years.
Heat pump dryers vent less cooling air from the cabinet than a standard condenser.

ParticipantSometimes they specify unprogrammed in the description, but not always. Never undertood why they list them.

ParticipantConnect list and often keep stock of unprogrammed boards.
murv
ParticipantMost likely a leaky/shorted triac on the PCB.
This board uses SMD triacs so it’s a hot air station job to change them. The upside is that the programmed PCB is cheap and in stock at Connect.
