    Didnt actually check them as the customer only had 20 minutes to spare before she had to go out, will check them when i go back though…

    Was this problem evident before of after you replaced the module?
    As it sounds like you just have a blockage in pressure vessel or faulty pressure switch

    Have had this problem a while back,turned out to be low insulation on the heater!

    Ok, sounds as though either the inlet valve/valves are faulty.
    Before attemting any repair yourself, unplug the machine and remove plug from socket..

    Just a thought..can you open the door after pressing start buttton… Hopefully not!

    Look at the display screen, at bottom left there should be a yellow bar illuminated next to the delay timer button to e left of it… If its lit then a delay time has been set…press the corresponding button until it cancels…..

    Of you can hold the on/off button in until the machine switches off..then switch back on again..

    You should be able to hear a faint humming noise at the rear of machine if the valve is working correctly?
