I wait with bated breath at the amount of answers this post will generate!

Good to see you back again andy… If i recall correctly your last post was to ask why the interlock made three loud noises, when it locked, and unlocked..

And you werent happy about the colour of the display…

I will start the reply to your post by saying one word

Also if you can remove the soap drawer, and look at the roof of the housing, you may find that this needs a good cleaning.

    Hi zania

Check you have no kinks (bends) in water hoses to machine inlet valves..

If these check out ok, your next step is to switch off machine at power outlet, and remove plug if possible..

Then after turning off water supply at taps, you slowly remove water pipes from rear of machine..
Then look at the small white plastic filter, which is simply slid in to the rear of the inlet valve on machine.. If these need cleaning they can be pulled out using a long nose pliers or similar tool..

If after these steps you still have the problem.. Then its more than likely the water inlet valves need replacing..

    Hope this helps

Re: Indesit idl40 3rd light fault.

If you have forgotten to turn the water tap on, your appliance will
remind you of this with the rapid flashing of the indicator lights 2
and 3 (wash and rinses). Turn the appliance off at the ON-OFF
button, turn on the water tap and wait approximately 20 seconds
before turning the appliance back on; repeat the programming
operations and the selected wash cycle will start up again.

    Ok, thanks for that JIm
It really only needs a belt and front seal,so will try and fit a similar seal, and see how it goes from there..

    Thanks again

Re: Bosch WTA4007GB/03 tumble dryer belt

There should be a double tension pulley directly underneath the drum..
Belt should rest on the inner part of one wheel, then around motor shaft, and back to rest on inner part of remaining pulley wheel.. This pulley assembly then provides the necesarry tension..check that the spring in pulley assembly is intact, before fitting..
