    Yeah thats what i found and how basic is making an order over the phone when all they had to do was turn me back on so i could put an order through as it was a big order and took ages over the phone and was a waste of time for them and me.

    It does sound more like pcb fault because it goes to the rinse but cheap enough to give thermistor a try as the only two faults i’ve come across with constant flashes and beeps have been one or the other. Sorry if thats a bit none specific though

    Contsant flashing and beeping is usually down to the ntc so i would try that first but its odd that it goes through to a drain then does it. Beko ntc pt no 1884400100 is cheaper alt to the whirlpool one and fits the same. If that doesn’t sort it then suspect a board fault.

    I’m sure homespare do a universal fan motor with a shaft which is threaded all the way down so you can make it as short as you like. Their part code is 70121

    Connect do supension kit code no 5031681754796 but i just change the pivot (looks like a polo mint) and that cures it, code no 5031682169124.
