    Re: NEXT fridge freezer

Sounds like it has lost it’s gas. To be honest these are super cheap appliances with the next name on. Best to bin it.

Re: Dangerous engineers , is there nothing we can do about t

I do see what you mean. It wouldn’t see them off quickly is the problem.

It would price out the good guys who make the investment to be undercut by the cowboys and customers don’t care who does it as long as it’s done.

Work providers will love it but would not increase their rates any where near enough to cover additional expense.

Low end repairs would truly be a thing of the past and hence more waste.

Self regulation is key. That’s where WTA and DASA come in.

That beeping and flashing is just because the door is open. Sounds like circ pump or capacitor.

There is a fuse on the pcb that goes sometimes when brushes gone. Check ebay for places to get it repaired.

Was E35 the code that comes up if you select a program too quickly?

How is it that some random yells fraud it must be true and Ken gets more questions?

Surely we all know how Ken crosses his T’s and dots his I’s that it will not be the case so why cant the random just be brushed off for being full of s**t.

How many times must what went on be explained? I’m pretty thick but even i get it completely. At least we got the answers not like ISDAL or MFI when it was just silence… oh and shafted for tons of cash too as they didn’t do what ISE have done and see it coming and pull the plug to limit the damage.

Re: leisure zenith 50 fan oven not working

There is an in line cut out/fuse in the back for the oven which sounds like it has failed. Cheap easy fix.

Something stuck in the pump maybe? Two beeps to let you program has started (but if pump jammed won’t do much else) and ten beeps to let you know the door is open. So no real fault code as such.

The one highlighted yellow is one of the motor brushes. You’ve been lucky to get 14 months out of a Bush washer. Such a quality product. 😀

Most likely the motor brushes are worn out.

Re: Leak next to water softner

It is a common leak area the O ring you need is pt. no. 754130591 (or a whirlpool pt. no. 481990500302 fit and is sometimes cheaper)

To replace these you remove the air chamber above by unscrewing the retainer inside the dishwasher. The regeneration unit (salt chamber) stays put.

The brown stuff is the softener gel which the dishwasher uses salt to regenerate after each wash.
